A GREAT excuse to eat healthy food! Who wants to become a slob? No one!

I have a confession. When it comes to cake and milkshakes, I am a fat kid at heart. Nothing wrong with that! I eat healthy, and cleanse my system once every two months or maybe 3, but I will still enjoy an awesome cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. Moderation is key. The body still needs sugar to break down all those good things you eat. More on that later. Just wanted to share this great post!
