Baked Salmon with a side of sliced Sweet Potato and Brussel Sprouts steamed with chopped Kale
- Atlantic Salmon (4.45oz)
- Sliced Sweet Potato (3oz)
- Steamed Brussel Sprouts (8-10 sprouts)
- Kale (1/4 Cup)
Pour a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil in baking pan – just enough to cover the bottom. Lightly season salmon with garlic powder and a dash of Italian seasoning. Bake salmon at 375 for approximately 20 minutes. Cut sweet potato into thin slices then lightly season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Fry potatoes until they are golden brown. Steam vegetables – steam bag vegetables work great.
