Sweet potato fries

This is a very simple recipe that taste amazing!

Prep and cook time will be about 25 minuets.


2-3 large sweet potatoes
Olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of salt
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
And seasoning of your choice, paprika, garam masala, chilli powder, five spice.


Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, discs work just aswell, then give them a wash.
Place the potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle with enough olive oil to cover.
Add the salt and sugar, now mix with your hands to ensure the potatoes are well covered
Add in you chose spice and mix again using your hands.
Place the fries on a grease proof baking tray.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Place the baking tray in oven for around 15-20 minutes.
cooking time will vary and you may need to have a few attempts before you get them just right…
